This is a full kitchen remodel. The client had very limited countertop space in their kitchen and also wanted to put an island with a seating area. Since the space was limited we had to get creative with our design. We took down the wall between the kitchen and dining room turning it into a knee wall and we put an L island so that there was plenty of countertop space as well as an island. This also gave our clients more cabinet space for their kitchen. There was a built-in pantry with a door so we took the door off and put a full pantry cabinet instead so it flowed better with the space as well as making the pantry easier to access. To increase the height of the wall cabinets we opened up the soffit and re-configured the plumbing inside and reduced the soffit height. The kitchen cabinets selected are Cubitac Dover Cafe with Alvar Satin Nickel pulls and handles. The flooring in the kitchen is Akadia Luxury Vinyl Plank from MSI.
